Maintenance Services Includes

  1. Water Change -  Perform a partial water change (volume to be determined by the Provider's maintenance personnel).
  2. Aquascape Tidy - Trim, prune, and tidy aquatic plants and decorations.

  3. Substrate/Glass Cleaning - Clean the front and side glass panels and perform light vacuuming of the substrate surface.

  4. Water Quality Testing - Conduct basic water parameter testing and analysis (e.g., pH, GH, KH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate).

  5. Livestock Health Check - Perform visual inspection of all fish and aquatic life for signs of disease or distress. We will report any observations to the customer and provide professional advice or suggested solutions for treatment.

  6. Filter Maintenance - Perform rinse or cleaning of filter media (at least once per month). Note: Deep filter overhaul is excluded unless specified in Section III.

  7. Customer Support - Answer your reasonable enquiries and provide basic advice related to the maintenance service.

Things not included : 

  1. Livestock Loss -  We will do our best to prevent losses and check any sign of distress. However we are not responsible for any losses. fish health is dependent on many factors outside of maintenance control. (e.g., feeding, pre-existing conditions, power outages).
  2. Equipment Failure - We will take reasonable care to maintain and operate your equipment. However, we are not responsible for any equipment failure if not under our warranty. We will notify you of a fault and rectify it but the replacement/ repair cost are the customer's responsiblilty.
  3. New Consumable Supplies - The cost of any new supplies needed (e.g., food, medication, new filter media, new fish, etc.) is charged separately.

  4. Out-of-Scope Work - Any requests outside of the mentioned service (e.g., emergency call-outs, major tank moves, or redesigns) are not included.
