After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review email after 15 days. After responding to the email, Aquatic Points will be added automatically to your account.

Reward points are awarded based on member's current tier at the time the qualifying purchase is made. 

For Example : Member currently at BRONZE tier made a purchase of SGD300 - Reward points of 900 points (3 Aquatic Points for every SGD1 spent for BRONZE tier) will be awarded as member's tier is at BRONZE at the time of purchase. After which member will have the tier upgraded to SILVER tier, which entitles member to SILVER tier benefits immediately after the upgrade.

Member achievement of VIP tier is based on the spending in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31).

And as for expiration, here's how it works: A customer spends enough to reach a tier in October of 2020. They will enjoy the benefits of the tier for the rest of that year and all of 2021.

During 2021, customer will have to spend enough to re-qualify for the member tier in 2022. If they do not, member tier will be recalculated based on the annual spending of 2021.

Your Benefit Of Member Tier is dependent on your spending accumulated during the previous 12 months. Points are based on your purchase spend (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you check out with the email that is registered to your account. Please note that there is up to a 30-day delay turning dollars spent into points. During this 30-day period, your points will be shown as “pending”.

Your Aquatic Points will expire 12 months after your last online order on eastoceansg.com, or if you haven’t placed an order yet, from the date of your account creation. A reminder email will be send when a member’s points are expiring in 30 days and another final reminder email with be send 3 days before points expiration. Expired points will not re-issue.
