How Our Service Works
Design Consultation: We'll start by discussing your aquascape design ideas with you.
Material Preparation: Once the design is finalized, our team will begin preparing all necessary materials. Please allow a 10-working-day lead time for this. We'll send you a mock-up design for your review and approval during this phase.
On-Site Construction: Our team will then schedule a time to come on-site and build your aquascape. Depending on the tank size and design complexity, this may require one to two trips.
Post-Completion Guidance: Following the setup, opt for our 50-day Kick Start Program to guarantees 100% successful survival and thriving of your fish and plants. This program provides crucial support to ensure your aquarium flourishes from day one.

The first 30 days are crucial for your fish and plants to establish and stabilize in their new environment.
Our 30-day monitoring service guarantees a successful aquarium setup.
We'll monitor and maintain your aquarium during this critical period and hand it over to you after 30 days.
Our maintenance visits are scheduled on Day 7, 14, 21, 28.
Should you wish for continued maintenance after the 30-day kickstart, pricing is available upon request.
We offer 10+1 maintenance packages.
Since every aquarium scape is unique, we'll assess your specific setup to design a tailored maintenance package just for you.

Day 0: Designer will go to customer place and setup aquarium.

Day 7: Our team will schedule for the 1st trip to your house to do maintenance and monitoring.
Day 14: Our team will schedule for the 2nd trip to your house to do maintenance and monitoring.
Day 28: Our team will schedule for the 3rd trip to your house to do maintenance and monitoring.
Day 42: Our team will schedule for the 4th trip to your house to do maintenance and monitoring.
Day 56: Our team will schedule for the last trip to your house to do maintenance and monitoring.
Although this is the end of the service. you can still give us a call to show us your aquarium weekly for us to have a look and check.
