Moving and Removing Services
We transport many types, shapes and sizes of fish tanks. Regardless whether yours is a glass or acrylic aquarium.
We also help in removing your fish tank and safely discard them at their righteous location
Co2 Refill Service
You will be under our EOA Co2 Refill program when you buy the Co2 System from us. We do 1 to 1 exchange co2 cylinder with you when you come for refilling immediately.
however we do refill cylinder that are not under our program, just that you have to wait to collect every tuesday
Consultation Services
Helping customer to succeed is one of our key goal in East Ocean. So we are more than happy to help you to make sure your tank is at peak condition. Just take a few photo of your aquarium and send to us. We can also help with water testing for your aquarium to make sure it is safe for your fishes and invertebrates.
Return & Exchange
It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase. you can return it within 7 days, together with proof of purchase and exchange for our products and services.
Repair Services
Sometime, item might malfunction and require immediate action. We provide immediate repair service if you brought your item from us. Just give us a call and come to our shop with proof of purchase and we will help you straight away
