We're updating our delivery policy to ensure the continued quality and safe arrival of your orders, especially our live inhabitants. Please take a moment to review the changes:

Our Free Delivery threshold is now $180 and above.

A $13 handling charge will be applied to all Live Fish deliveries.

Live Plant deliveries will incur a $5 handling charge.

For orders containing both live fish and live plants, only the higher $13 handling charge will apply.

These adjustments help us manage increasing delivery costs and maintain the excellent condition of your new additions.
